Manage My Health is a new self-service portal available to enrolled patients. This convenient new service allows you to manage many aspects of your health and wellbeing online, no matter where you are. You can:

• book appointments
• request repeat scripts
• update your information
• check recent prescriptions
• track health data such as your blood pressure

To register, please ask our receptionist for a log in. For a limited time, there will be no practice charge for repeat prescriptions ordered through Manage My Health.
