Making an appointment is easy, and is the best way to ensure you will see your usual GP.  Simply call your medical centre and tell us your preferred appointment time, and give an idea of your appointment is for. You don’t need to give personal details if you don’t want to.

Once we know the general nature of your appointment we can book the right amount of time for you. For some practices in our group, you can make appointment requests via this website. for consultations at least two days ahead. Go to appointments in the be well menu bar, or just click the button on the home page.

Our usual appointment time is no more than 15 minutes, but if you think you will  need longer than the standard appointment time, for example for complex health issues, please book a longer time. There will be an extra fee for longer appointments - please check with your medical centre.

If you need to see us at short notice, we can usually fit you in with minimum delay. However, because patients with appointments take priority, we can only offer you the first available doctor, which may not be your regular doctor.
