Introducing members of Radius Medical Solutions' management team:

Adri Isbister - CEO

Adri Isbister
Graduate Diploma Business Studies (Management), MBA (Massey University)

Adri Isbister brings to Radius Medical Solutions an extensive career in the health and disability sector. She led LIFE Unlimited for 14 years of substantial growth and change to become an award-winning national health and disability service provider.

Adri is a past member of the Waikato DHB Health Waikato Advisory committee, and is a trustee and sponsor of Hamilton Hydrotherapy Trust. Until her move to Hawkes Bay, Adri was a Director of both Netball Waikato and Netball Magic franchise, and President of New Zealand Needs Assessment Service Coordination Association (NASCA), made up of DHBs and NGOs within the sector.

As CEO she is a director of several medical centres in our group. Adri is currenly a director of Health Hawke’s Bay – Te Oranga Hawke’s Bay, the new primary health organisation for Hawkes Bay.

Recipient of several business accolades as CEO of Life Unlimited Adri was awarded Vodafone Chief Executive of the Year, and led LIFE Unlimited to win the Westpac Waikato Chamber of Commerce Best Business Excellence award, Newstalk ZB Not-for-Profit and Public Sector Organisation award and Hamilton City Council Innovation award (2006).

 

 

 

Kate Sheridan - Finance Manager

Chartered Accountant (New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants), Bachelor of Business Studies (Massey University)

Kate has 16 years commercial experience primarily gained in two successful New Zealand corporates. She has extensive knowledge and experience in the financial and management reporting areas and has a proven record of delivering high quality financial reporting to management and board level.

Catherine’s role at RMSL encompasses the overall corporate compliance area of the medical and property companies’ i.e. financial reporting including group consolidations, taxation, cash flow forecasting, budgeting and forecasting, acquisitions and amalgamations.

Wayne Woolrich - Business Analyst

Chartered Accountant (New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants) Bachelor of Commerce, Graduate Diploma in Business

Wayne has eight years professional services experience with the majority of this gained while working in a big four accountancy firm.  Past secondments have seen him work in senior finance roles in various industries such as transport and engineering.

Wayne advises general managers of our group medical centres on financial performance. This involves monitoring practice performance through key performance indicators that identify areas for improvement. He assesses strategic opportunities for Radius, prepares board proposals, business cases, and carries out financial modelling and contract negotiations.

Belinda Urquhart - Clinical Advisor

RNBN
Belinda draws on an extensive nursing background in both secondary and primary care. She has recently returned to New Zealand after four years in the UK, where she was involved in primary care quality programmes.
Her role at Radius Medical involves clinical policy and practice development, supporting medical centres to achieve excellent clinical and business performance, supporting full compliance with all government and sector standards and regulations, and involvement with centre nursing issues.

Kelly Hosken - Business Support Co-ordinator

Kelly brings 15 years experience in corporate governance administration and support. Recent professional experience includes work with a national electricity networks company, with responsibility for annual reports, and corporate communications.

At RMS Kelly provides governance support to over 20 client companies. RMS is the registered office for most of these companies and Kelly is responsible for maintaining the company, share and property lease records and dealing with all matters relating to them. She prepares documentation and co-ordinates asset and share sales, working alongside the company’s legal advisors. She also provides executive support for the CEO.

Susan Jenkins - Marketing & Communications

BA English & Anthropology,  CIM Advanced Cert. Marketing

Susan has over 20 years experience in service industry marketing, communications, and customer relations. Before joining RMS she worked in the finance sector in the UK.

At RMS she is responsible for all aspects of internal and external marketing and communications for medical centre clients and for RMS itself. GP recruitment and overseeing all practice recruitment advertising and systems are also her responsibility.
