Transferring to us
When transferring from another practice we encourage you to transfer your old records. Our reception staff will provide you with the appropriate form.
If you are one of our patients, and you need to see a doctor or nurse during our opening hours, then please come to Radius Medical for your care. We are fortunate to have plenty of doctors and a walk-in service, so you will always be able to see one of our doctors on the same day. Regrettably a walk-in service is not possible on Saturday mornings - this is the only time an appointment is absolutely necessary.
