Total Health Physiotherapy

We have particular interest in sports injuries, lower back pain and post operative rehabilitation. We enjoy working with sports teams and have worked with Te Teko RFC, Whakatane High School 1St XV, Mataatua Touch Team and New Zealand Woman’s National Sevens team. When organised well in advance we are able to travel with teams to tournaments.

Eastbay Bone Density Service

You no longer have to travel to Tauranga or Rotorua to have your bone density checked. There is now a DEXA machine at Radius Medical, Whakatane. Midland Osteoporosis Group have set up a DEXA® machine and are trading under the name, Eastbay Bone Density Services.

The cost of a scan is $125, but in some cases there is no charge, (if you meet certain criteria) and most medical insurance companies will cover the cost of the scan. If you are concerned about osteoporosis then talk to your doctor about having a bone density scan.

The Fraser Clinic

Fraser Clinic offers a discrete and personal service to clients requiring surgical and non-surgical cosmetic and beauty treatments. A consistent, professional and friendly approach to client needs is the hallmark of this boutique clinic.

The clinic combines Dr Olsen's wide experience in medical and cosmetic practice with that of his nurses, both of whom have wide experience in general nursing, intensive care and cosmetic medicine.

The clinic was established in 2002 by Dr Geoff Olsen whose cosmetic and beauty therapy team comprises Nurse Kate Schuler and beauty therapist Jeni Dean. The Fraser Clinic supports a number of affiliations with clinics in the Bay of Plenty and Waikato regions.
